Horton Beach

Horton beach is popular for many different water sports as it is a versatile and fun beach that produces consistent waves suitable for all levels of ability, whatever type board you are riding. The waves are best on the lower half of the tide as they have a tendency to close out higher up and they are strong, plunging peaks that produce both lefts and rights, giving long challenging rides.

Sat infront of the small village of Horton the beach has good amenities and due to its location and the driving access it is typically uncrowded. It is also a safe beach; with little water currents meaning it is ideal for beginners or novices. In this tranquil and secluded location, Horton Beach is the board rider's ideal location for hours in the water.
